Goibibo.com — Fight rescheduling- twice deduction from CC, need a confirmation mail | |||
This is regarding rescheduling of my flight booking id- AMD7PIVDR. I had rescheduled my flight from 24th Dec to 16th Dec from Stockholm to New Delhi. For rescheduling the flight, I paid Rs. 11, 221/- using my credit card. There are two transactions for the same amount on 19th Nov. I have collected the details from the credit card deptt. HDFC and they are:- Authorization Code 000115 000277 ARN/TID 75136944324000006595315 70001599 Transaction Date 19-Nov-2014 19-Nov-2014 Transaction Amount in Rs. 11, 221.00 11, 221.00 Transaction Settled Date 20-Nov-2014 20-Nov-2014 I have already spoken with one of your customer support and he had confirmed that goibibo has received just a single payment and hence should ask the credit card deptt. for the reversal. Pls find my conversation with the HDFC credit card division. As they are asking me to talk with the merchant, hence this mail needs to be taken seriously. Request you to give a confirmation from your end validating that one of the above charge was unsuccessful and not received by your end to enable bank investigate further with the concerned member bank for resolution. Please find the attached screen shot which states that on the 19th Nov there was only one transaction of INR11221 which was captured and rest all the transaction either failed or were dropped.
