I have made a booking for Pune to Dhulia(Dhule) for me. The booking was for 1 seat in an Atharva C.K.Patil Travels operated by Rahul Tours and Travels. The passengers confirmed the timing from the pickup point from operators contact number mentioned in booking confirmation. Even we got reminder from GoIbibo to reach on time at the pick up point. And at the last moment after waiting for half an hours I called the contact Number Mentioned in the message which i Received then they told me that booking is cancelled. It was such a great shock to me. After that I booked a private vehicle from Pune to Dhule. Goibibo customer helpline is so pathetic that there are no option to raise the complain or talk with their executives.
