Goibibo.com — Hotel booking confirmed but not booked hotel | |||||
Hi team, did hotel booking through goibibo on 6th Oct and received confirmation email. Booking id HTLLWJMGZ7 from 13 th Nov. I had also received emaistating don't call us to reconfirm the booking as it is done. Now I'm getting email on 30th Oct stating booking is not done. And providing alternate option which is not that good and also neither they have blocked the room. And now all the hotel are booked as it is Diwali holiday time. Even after call goibibo support team.multiple times, I haven't received any call back or reply on email. Was this information helpful? | |||||
