Goibibo.com — i did not received my refund amount

i have booked three flight tickets for travelling from hyderabad to tirupati on 15/04/2015 with booking ID LB00O5QW and cancelled my booking on the same booking day[protected] then requested for my refund.Still now I have not received my refund, complaint sent to goibibo.com to many times and also called customer care they are giving reply that refund is done but i did not received my refund amount Hence please help me to get my refund amount
