Goibibo.com — No proper response from the customer call centre

One week before I booked my bus ticket through goibibo website for April 6th.But when I wanted to cancel it, and I could not do it. Eventually I lost my money.The reason why i Could not cancel it was that when i contacted through customer help, they asked me to go the goibibo website and cancel it.But the website never provided any window for cancelling the ticket.The customer care number also was of no help to me.I could listen to only the pre recorded voice because of which i failed to interact with anyone from your company.
I tried to contact the company for a lot of days but everything went in vain.
Hence I failed to get my money back.
