Hi, Booking was canceled by the bus operator and they allocated our seats to other for Rs 1700, telling us that our money will be refunded by Goibibo I had to pay another 1500 to bus operator to board the bus in cash as I didn't have any other option So total cost of my journey was Rs 2200, instead of Rs 700 Rs 1500+Rs 700 = Rs 2200 let me know what action you gonna take against bus operator and how I will get my money back ?
