[Resolved]  Goibibo.com — Refund not received against cancellation of Flight

I have canceled a ticket with GOIBIBO on 3rd December 2014 which was a return flight (Delhi - Kochi), for which I have still not received the refund, every time i call GOIBIBO I hear that the refund is pending with the airline and I have to wait for 4-5 working days (they dont work on Sat & Sun).On their website they claim to process the refund in 10 days and today is December 29, 2014 and I have still not received any refund.
