I am shikha sharma, unfortunately I have booked 2 rooms in hotel krishna orchid, mukteshwar last year(2014) for 15th to 17th of august from Goibibo. Then I canceled one room and asked for refund which is approx Rs 5000. But from last year I am constantly calling your goibibo customer care, always I need to tell everyone the whole story as absurdly goibibo don't have complaint tracking system and don't provide complaints numbers. I am fedup hearing same answer " we will revert back in 48 hrs" and till that day I didn't got a single call.
Is this the service we can expect from Goibibo. Bloody one year for a refund process, you people are harassing your customer.
Hopeful to get answer this time.
