Goibibo.com — Wallet money not transfer to bank account

My Turkish Airlines international flight tickets to & from Mumbai Malta through goibobo were cancelled due to pendamic and refunded to goibobo wallet. Now goibobo does not transfer the amount to my bank account. I have been requesting them since 27th Oct 2020. Everytime the call center says that transfer has been initiated and within 5 days it will reflect in my account. But nothing has happened yet.
