I booked a ticket for 3rd of October and I received a confirmed ticket for 3rd September. I contacted them within 24hrs to change the date or cancel the date. They told their sever is down and they can’t do anything at the moment at all. I called more the 20times that day same thing, next day same thing! 3rd day… they can’t do any of that as they can only make changes within 24hrs. Contacted The airline within 24hrs they couldn’t do anything as Goibibo can only apply changes to the ticket not anyone else. I kept having back and forth calls and they blocked me from even accessing my ticket and calling them. I lost all of the control over my ticket and they are refusing to help at all.
