I have cancelled my flight on 4-april-2020 due to covid-19 and my another flight got cancelled on 18-april-2020 due to covid-19.
As per latest dgca guidelines full refund should be provided to the customers but goibibo has not yet paid my refund. It has been more than a month and i have tried to reach them several times but no response from goibibo.
Goibibo is a corrupt company severe action should be taken against it for keeping customers money.
I want my refund. My booking id for 4-april-2020 is slszfq and for 18- april-2020 is hdswql. Was this information helpful? |
