Kindly refer to my email complaint dated 14th march and 26th march 2019. I am yet to receive your reply. 2. Kindly expedite your reply. 3. No commercial channels are provided on tv in rooms of the hotel shilpa residency, mulund check naka, lbs marg, mulund (West), mumbai. Hotel is charging approximately rs.5, 000/- per night.
