Goibibo — not fully refunding due to the covid19 (flight cancelled) | |||||
I have booked airindia flight tickets for my wife (Alekhya) and daughter (Vendanshi) through goibibo. Ticket details — pnr-jmthh booking id: tua46b7k0 on feb 2020- 25 (India-hyd to germany-frankfurt) for the journey on mar 2020-20. Flight got cancelled due to corona virus issue. The total amount paid is inr 54488 and refund amount mentioned by goibibo is inr 2892. As the flight itself is cancelled due to the corona virus, as a customer i should get the full refund. Kindly consider my complaint and help in getting the full refund from goibibo. The below is the mail from goibibo on refund. You will receive a refund of inr 2892 as per the refund policy for this booking.
