Goibibo — Not yet processed by refund | |||
My Complaint is against www.goibibo.com. My booking ID is HTLWAS77DW with goibibo. I was supposed to get a refund of Rs.3005 for a booking made from 17th to 19th Sep which was then modified to 18th to 19th Sep. Hence the remaining amount was to be refunded. Also received a mail from them that it wouldbe done within 5-7 days. It is more than 20 days now and they have still not given me the refund.
