On 18 Feb 2020 I have booked a Return Flight ticket (Kolkata-Chennai-Kochi) from INDIGO airlines via GOIBIBO.COM website For 20 Mar 2020 which got impacted due to covid. (Attached)
Booking ID GOMUPKGAND46B2F44091, Booked on 18 Feb 2020.
I have rescheduled the filing paying extra change fee to different date 30 Oct 2020 in anticipation Covid will not put this much effect.
As Covid continues to Harm us, I asked GOIBIBO to cancel they flight via Telephone where the Agent inform me INDIGO is providing full refund if cancelled. After confirming the same with GOIBIBO, they cancelled the flight in their system and INDIGO immediately issue a REFUND to GOIBIBO and send me REFUND amount indication with Credit note (Attached)
The total amount of refund is 25, 275.
PNR Break ups are, PNR/Booking Ref.: ZJMTVM Refund amount = 8, 667.00 and PNR/Booking Ref.: QKU1GT Refund amount = 16, 608.00
Now after repeated mails and calls with different executives of GOIBIBO they are not refunding me the amount. They have only processed a refund amount of 3385.00 (attached) where there is no justification.
Two separate GOIBIBO ticket number generated where I have follow up Every time they send a automated response “Kindly note that we are currently working on your query and would revert to you ASAP with an updated status/resolution.”(Attached)
20 days have passed and I don’t have any solution. They don’t have any call canter number .one can only raise a ticket in their website and they will not revert back only generate a new Ticket.
Please help me to recover my money.
