[Resolved] Goibibo — Refund not given by Goibibo | |||||
Respected sir/madam, I booked my flight ticket which was showing refundable while booking through Goibibo on 25 July 2020 from Kochi to Dubai but due to some problem i couldnt travel on this date. So i cancelled my flight ticket through customer care of Goibibo and confirmed with there representetive that i will get my complete refund as he said hence I told him to cancelled my flight ticket which was Rs 34693/-. But I still dont get my refund from Goibibo yet. I also took some screen shots of Goibibo app which showing my refund amount which was Rs 27402/-. So I did number of times called to them about my refund and now they are saying that i will get only Rs 2000/- which is not correct amount which i was paid to them while booking. They did fraud with me. Still i dont get my refund back. i already attached some evidence with this complaint hope i will get my refund back.
