[Resolved] Goibibo — refund not given | |||
I have booked two tickets for my boss travelling from hyd to mumbai and mumbai to hyd. But cancelled them with in an hour due to some internal issues. It was on 22 nd january, i have not received any refund till date. Please escalate this matter to higher authorities. Pnr numbers are pj9vma and ucjhkv. The airlines have initiated the refund but goibibo has no response from their side. I need to answer my management too on this issue. I request you to kindly consider. We checked account details and observed that our team already reverted with the closure, stating refund of INR 2794 and INR 5142 processed on the same account/credit card/ mode of payment with which you confirmed the booking.
