[Resolved] Goibibo — refund not initiated and received yet (pnr yrjhne)

Despite of following you again and again you are telling me that refund request has been initited for jet airlines having pnr yrjhne. And when i call jet customer care they tell that we have not received any refund request from your partner which is goibibo. I am getting fooled by goibibo since more than a month and chasing them like anything as like i am begging for my own money. It is almost rs41000 and goibibo is wasting my time like anything.
Please do the needful so i can get my refund as soon as possible

Updated by Karnjot Then what is the Role of IATA and you being authorized by IATA to deliver for customer refund on time.I dont know the airlines.I want my money back from you only
