Goibibo — refund processed by airline but still not passed onto customers | |||
I have booked a 2 ticket, 1 from airindia website and 2nd through goibibo. The flight could not operate due to covid lockdown. Now i am in receipt of full refund for the ticket biked through airindia website on 08.08.2020, however the goibibo have still not processed the refund received from airlines and only giving option to book future tickits through goibibo and mentioning that airlines have refunded in form of credit shell/ voucher. This excuse may work for them who have only booked through travel agent, but in my case i have parallel booked a ticket directly through airlines website and they have refunded full.
