While booking, for passenger number 3 & 4 berth option is not given and hence booked under nosb. As travelling such a long distance, i wanted to cancel the ticket. But failed even after several attempts as i have forgotten my pass word. I tried to reset my password through your helpline but in vain.
Hence my request is to cancel the ticket (Or) upgrade it with berths for all passengers.
