Goibibo — Rescheduling refund not received

Dear sir,

I booked fight ticket from goibibo timing issue i want to reschedule that ticket call goibibo number they initiate a link for payment 3115 rs extra for that and we pay that much amount is deducted my card and some error shown on goibibo site. Then we cancel that ticket and got cancellation refund but till now we did not got rescheduling refund. We all at list 30-40 times for that all time they said its in process
