Goibibo — Tickets were not cancelled and refunded instead they there was no action taken on concern since a year. | |
I had booked 2 return tickets to Hanoi -Vietnam (Vietjet) from go Goibibo but due to ongoing concerns of coronavirus outbreak in that particular region we decided to refrain from travelling and tried contacting Goibibo a multiple times from 22nd February onwards but there was no response from Goibibo team instead without even talking they use to close the query and mark a mail of resolved query, unable to get any contact from Goibibo and their team we reached airport on 5th of March (the day of our flight) to meet the Vietjet people and asked them to cancel the ticket or reschedule it, but Vietjet team on aisle C at Terminal 3 where there counter manager Pallavi suggested to contact the travel agent as they do it have authority to amend the changes and marked me noshow for the flight. Goibibo never responded to our concerns after we booked the ticket and we had no where to go. There has to be some protocol why we had not got assisted then and there and now we are told that your trip was completed and it is no show from our end. We also tried contacting Vietjet multiple times and wrote numerous mails but there was no luck. It’s sad that we choose goibibo for our bookings and there is no sense of empathy from the agent towards their customers. PNR[protected] and 94601096 attached both the flights PNR.
