I, Manvir Singh, had booked two tickets with goibibo on 26th Feb 2020 from phone number bearing +[protected].
We had boarded the flight from India to Bali on 15th March 2020. Our return flight was on 23rd March 2020, due to the serious issue of Covid-19 and the government order passed by The Indian Government of Flights and Aiports being completely closed from 22nd March (00.00hours) we were hoping that our air Asia flight will be rescheduled or any alternative will be provided to us. No information was given to us neither about the cancellation nor about the reschedule. The lack of poor service and communication given to us from your end left us to helpless and clueless.
Inspite o[censored]s calling your customer care number no information was given. We kept on calling till 20th March to even ask about the rescheduling as the government order was passed on 19th march. Because of your careless and irresponsible behaviour we had to book some other flight paying triple the air cost. You have no clue of what mental stress we have been through those 2-3 days when we will trying to get in touch with you.
So we request you to kindly provide us the refund for the return flight.
