I have ordered mobile through snap deal on Nov 5th.Next day got one mail from javas courier with docket number UNISNPP4921685 mentioning estimated delivery on Nov 13. Now its Nov 17 the courier company doesn't know where is my shipment while tracking am getting the same message showing received at warehouse @ 6th now.Below am attaching the screen shots of the tracking page which i took on 13th Nov 2015 & 17th Nov 2015 the fact is both tracking shows the same information.i have contacted the coustomer service they are saying the backend team is working on this but the result is same .
The only reply i got from gojavas is attaching below :
