Gojavas Courier — Ordered product on snapdeal but still not received

My Snap deal Order No - [protected]
AWB / Docket NO -UNISNPP6209664

I have been ordered product on 5 th Sep 2016 and still its not delivered till now and all the numbers which are there in the GOJava portal are not working, also i am not getting any responses from the Snapdeal people for the same . I have called multiple times the Snapdeal customer Care . No use they will tell you will get Call back with in hours still now no response, Please check and deliver the product asap. Also the Portal of GO java is showing the same status as on 5 th sep, Nothing updated after that,

I am not sure is it way the Logistic Company works without any contact no, Portal details and the same with the Snapdeal .

Updated by ganeshsagar the second Delivery date was mentioned as 16 th, Till now no updates from the Snapdeal or GOjava, Feel very bad for this type of behaviour from the Snapdeal people, they are telling they will not able to find where the material is ...
are they joking, they are fooling the customers and also they will not able to commit the Delievry date, then whatever they are showing in the Snapdeal Portal are all False information, SO don't waste your time and money in ordering any product from Snapdeal .They dont take the Responsibilty and commitement to deliver the Product ... So people beaware of this Snapdeal and GO java ... Fakers ...

Updated by ganeshsagar Now the Snapdeal team has cancelled my order after useless 25 days,

Don't waste your time and money in ordering any product from Snapdeal .They dont take the Responsibilty and commitement to deliver the Product ... So people beaware of this Snapdeal and GO java ...

My humble request to people not to go for the SNAPDEAL

I have ordered samples from reward me.The shipment no MUMRWRP627704 is today i.e 15 sep 2016 is out for delivery. But they are not delivered to me. When i checked gojavas tracking it shows delivered to kumari. They are theft the products and update the status delivered. please respond to this mail [protected]@gmail.com
