Gojavas,
A so called delivery was attempted on friday, nobody called me to confirm time I will be available. No calls nothing until i notice the status myself while tracking it.
I am frustrated, disappointed and now plain angry with gojavas. I've raised a complaint 3 days in a row, speaking to various customer service reps for atleast 10-20 minutes everyday since Monday. I've invested too much time and money in this to cancel my order. I've already spent almost 100rs trying to talk to you and convince you to finish your work. How inconvenient!
How hard is it?
if you've established a company you certainly should know how to run your business.
All I hear is. "the concerned department is not responding/ no update.."etc
How do I care? sort your house! get your process in place!
Get me my shipment!
if you tell me you've put my request on "high priority" then please understand what high priority really is, don't tell me it's high priority for 3 full working days and still have no answer for me.
you won't even give me an address to go pick it up from either!
I'll do it myself, since you clearly can't do or your job!
But no, that's not a possibility either.
