i am Prakash R employee from a corprate concern, i like to bring an escalation on go javas courier company with the help Snap deal Online company.
I have made complaint with Snap deal reference number is 13610941
i hope you all aware that there will be night shift job in MNC company. Today morning i received a call from the courier guy regarding my product. i requested him to deliver to my home, where i was in a deep sleep as i have completed my night shift.MY shift time is 10:30pm to morning 8:00am I was waiting for this product since today is my Spouse birthday. Kindly think how can we walk with the sleep. That too with in 2 hours after I received a call
Refusing to the deliver the product to my Residence place. Which is unsealed
But courier guy refused to deliver the product and informed that he cannot deliver to home, because has his company’s pays very less km. He was not professional when speaking and more over he informed that he will take the product back to their office.why they need to take ny product back to office after nearing my home ?finally i requested him to give their team lead number to speak.
Mr Kathir Totally failed in Communication. (Go Javas Chennai Branch Ambattur industrial Estate)
Pugazh courier guy and team leader, Mr.kathir does not have a proper English communication to speak with the customer the words are not I understandable at all, he speaks in tamil which has not looked like professional to me.Hence i requested him to connect with Gojavas branch Manager of Chennai who is taking care the Ambattur industrial estate. But he refused for that and informed then rudely he command me to make a call to the snap deal customer care people to do what ever you want. Issue
Then I went by walk where my bike has got some Starting problem because of the heavy rain which is lashed recently in chennai. I received the product in un sealed too
Note : i have the recording in my mobile to prove about their ugly behavior. And the courier bike image.
i have ordered more products in Snap deal and more over i referred my MNC friend to order in this on line store. but here i am totally Frustrated with this courier company deliver
I am totally upset with your online service because of the courier guys.where I lost all my happiness on this Birthday of my wife
Requesting to take immediate action on both of the JAvas employees or kindly have replacement
