Gojavas — Rude delivery boy

Hi, today I had a delivery of American Swan (docket -DELASWP282970) .The delivery boy was exceptionally rude when I expressed my concern about him photographing my PAN card.I asked to speak to his senior, he refused to give the mobile number, I asked him to step away from my workplace(I work as a doctor in a hospital), he again refused and created a scene, which thankfully my senior boss did not hear, or it would have reflected very badly on me professionally.Lastly, he hurled a slur on me regarding my profession.I would like to add i did not use one single abusive word against him during our entire conversation.This has been a very bad experience for me.Kindly look into the matter and please train your employees properly so that they dont harass your customers.His mobile no-[protected]
