        I had ordered a dress on 2 july 2016.. i had paid online.. my order no is [protected].. later comes the message that product will be delayed... then came message on july 9 that products will be delivered today.. at that time i wait all day for the parcel but i did not get the parcel.. and at the same day... gojvs courier's message came at 8 pm that your product was delivered.. i got mails also... that time i did not understand anything... i am waiting at home during the day and did not have the product in my hand and gojvs message courier came to be delivered product.. how it could be possible... at the same time, i spoke to customer care, but i did not find anything solution on that... i am very worried about this thing.. please do something... stuck my money.. please solve my problem.. if the courier boy says he delivered products then have been show me where is my signature on his report.. that day, there was no entry in the wathcmen register of any courier man... fraud gojava courier service... i want my product early as possible... gojavas docket no-ggnpcp10120221.

            I had ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 smartphone in my father's name via snapdeal and the order was placed on 29th June 2016. I was feeling okay with the courier service of Gojavas at first because they were updating the tracking status and on time too. But it's been three days since the shipment has arrived in my locality and it's shown "In Transit at THRISSUR" in the tracking page. ( I live in Thrissur district of Kerala ). I received a message yesterday telling that my order has been delayed and will be attempted it 1-2 days. When I contacted the Snapdeal customer care they are not even aware about the courier status and they are just sticking on to the estimated delivery information. Anyone can look and understand those. My estimated delivery, as provided by Snapdeal is between 3rd and 7th of July and my shipment has reached my locality i.e Thrissur on July 2nd. What's the matter with this Gojavas courier team ? What are they doing all these 3 days. Other courier providers are delivering their products quickly to my locality. Since this smartphone goes out of stock too quickly I had no other option but to choose snapdeal since it was in stock only in Snapdeal. But I am very disappointed with the delivery mechanism of Gojavas. And when I contacted Gojavas customer care, they told me that my Shipment would be delivered on or before 6th of July and that it would the final one and no further delay will be there. I want to know whether I would get my shipment today or tomorrow. I want it as quickly as possible. I am very much disappointed. I have paid the entire amount too.

            I won't recommend this courier service to any of my friends here in Thrissur since I don't want them to face what I had to.

                  I placed 3 orders on 14th jun 2016 on purplle.com and later gojavas confirmed the reciept of orders with nos

                  I was out of station from 20th to 27th with my family behind. Later on, after coming back i checked up the orders it showed that it came to shillong (Where i live) on 20th jun and was returned to origin on 23rd jun 2016 dut to unservicable pincode.
                  Now this is not happening for the first time, it has happened earlier also with me with gojavas.
                  If pincode was unservicable why the order was taken in first place.
                  Secondly its not that gojavas has not delivered earlier from purplle on same address and pincode. They have but i had to go and get the consignment picked up.
                  Whenever i could not they don't deliver and return it because my location is 10 km away from main city and they don't want to come there and so return it saying unservicable pincode. If it is unservicable why order is taken and the order is brought to shillong and then sent back with delivery distance just 10 kms away. Why is the person is not called up.
                  The standard practice of gojavas people in shillong is to give two sms one order out for delivery and 2nd delivery could not be attempted and shall be tried again next day and the 3rd day the return it.
                  These guys at shillong should be csorted out nice and proper and their franchisee should be cancelled.

                    A relative of mine had ordered a red skirt from shopclues.com around 2 months back. However, the product was returned within the stipulated period through gojavas delivery service only (They being tied up with shopclues).
                    Note that the date of return is may 5, 2016 and my money has still not been reimbursed yet. I have already contacted shopclues team quite a few times now and they have confirmed that they have not received my product so far and therefore, no refund has been made yet.

                    I had mailed gojavas on the id provided in invoice receipt on reverse pick up of the product but the mail bounced back citing an incorrect email id.

                    Also, i tried finding another id on internet ([protected]@gojavas.com) and mailed on that as well. But that too bounced back.

                    Concluding here, my experience with shopclues & gojavas has been really bad.

                    As asforementioned in my complaint, the client to which my product was to be delivered back is Shopclues and not Snapdeal. This is being highly unprofessional and rude to a customer who has been waiting for her reimbursement.
                    Also, as per the conversation with Shopclues, they have confirmed that the receipt provided by Gojavas delivery guy doesn't belong to them. Seems like he has handed over a wrong slip to my relative.
                    Looking forward to a quick action now.

                    P.S. this is turning out to be a horrible experience for us now.

                            Unisdexnp842165 is my awb number.. As there was a pincode mismatch it got delayed.. But though we have updated it there is no proper response and they give the same status for around four days.. Worst ever courier service.. And till now i have not received the package..                                   I have purchased arnova 10inches g2 tablet of rs.1999/- + cod charges rs.150/- extra from go javas. The parcel was came and i have paid rs.2150/- to courier boy and collect the parcel. After collecting the parcel i have checked and founded the tablet was got damaged and it is not working. I have informed to courier people which courier was deliver this parcel immediately. They told me to file the return complaint. I tried to return the product to the consignor (Go javas company) and i need to replace the product immediately.

                                        The products i ordered have not yet been delivered despite last date being 27th may. When i tracked the order, it showed that your people made an attempt to deliver on 17th, but none of them came to my address and product was not delivered.
                                        When i lodged a complaint at jabong, i got a response saying the shipment was delivered.

                                        I will be forced to file a case against your firm in court if the response is not made.
                                        Hoping for the soonest response.
