A relative of mine had ordered a red skirt from shopclues.com around 2 months back. However, the product was returned within the stipulated period through gojavas delivery service only (They being tied up with shopclues).
Note that the date of return is may 5, 2016 and my money has still not been reimbursed yet. I have already contacted shopclues team quite a few times now and they have confirmed that they have not received my product so far and therefore, no refund has been made yet.
I had mailed gojavas on the id provided in invoice receipt on reverse pick up of the product but the mail bounced back citing an incorrect email id.
Email id was: [protected]@gojavas.com
Also, i tried finding another id on internet ([protected]@gojavas.com) and mailed on that as well. But that too bounced back.
Concluding here, my experience with shopclues & gojavas has been really bad.
