Gokul Milk Complaints & Reviews

For the last 3 days, i am buying gokul full cream milk 1-liter pack. Charge printed on the pack is rs 56/- but the milk vendor is charging rs 60/-. I stay in bhandup, mumbai.
Kindly let me know the price that a consumer is supposed to pay for a one-litre pack. Vendors usually charge 1 or 2 rs extra always. But this time it rs 4 extra.

Kindly help in stopping this practice of extra charges. As the mrp include all the taxes, refrigeration and transport charges.

I am pranay patil i stay in kalher dist. Thane i see so many days when i go to buy gokul milk the origianl price of half litter packet has 28 rupees on mrp but shopkeeper demand more money then mrp shopkeeper demand extra 2-3 rupees per half litter packet so on mrp the price of half litter milk has 28 rupees nut shopkeeper demands 30-31 rupees and says rate are increase but in actual only cow milk price are hike not an pasterurised full cream milk
So why we pay more money so please interfere in that topic.

Currently from few days milk is not coming in good quality lot of powder smell is coming it's giving feel like milk is mixed with some chemicals... Team kindly take action or have to out a complaint in consumer forum.

I am 100% sure of this as i m having gokul milk from last 20 years... This is not same quality...
Please take action against the same or this will harn health of people..
Kindly change the cover from plastic to paper box so that plastic content will be less.

He also denied to sell the your products as i taken the objection of on overpricing.
This will be harmful to your business as well as your reputation.

This is to inform you that we are a consumer of gokul milk for the last 6 months.. However today on emptying the milk in a container we discovered a hair and some dead flies. I am surprised that how can a hair and flies enter the pouch.

This is very disheartening and unhygienic...

Would appreciate if the company reaches out to me to solve this problem...

I am gokul milk consumer since many years, but since 6 months milk quality is not good at all. I am resident at waghbil ghodbandar road thane w. Too much thin and watery. I noticed some powder particles in it. It is not a pure milk.
This seems adulteration in milk. I am not at all satisfied with quality of milk.
Even if you try to make basundi from milk, milk will become pale yellow n bad taste, whereas if you make basundi from real milk it taste amazing and got pinkish color
Milk is basic daily need and adulteration in milk is serious offend and against law
I request respective committee to look into this matter

I am using gokul milk since many years.
But from last 15 days i can see difference in milk quality. It's very thin n watery.. Even milk cream also very thin not like earlier.. Not happy with d quality of milk. I had a word with local milk supplier lady... She says there are lot many complents from our area (Veera desai road andheri west) please do the needful as earliest. We are very much worried about our health.

Have been using gokul milk since years.. And is the 4th 5th time that something like this has happened.. Today's milk was smelly and tasted bad.. Plus it was pale yellow in colour.. The number on plastic cover is vf f22/08/18qc
The person who delivers at our place is anil bombe. Please look into the matter asap and revert back.. Haven't received any response from befores complaints too.. I'm expecting a revert back this time.

Hi we used gokul milk from last 8-9 years. I lived in borivali, mumbai. But from last 5-6 days we found some powder smell from milk and milk is very thin and also not milk skim like earlier. When i complaint to gokul customer care, they said now we make milk from milk powder and i[censored] not like so u can purchase another company milk.
Very bad quality of gokul milk and also very bad service of customer care.

On sunday (24th june 2018) we received our milk as usual, however on emptying the milk in a container we found that there was something floating on top. While having a closer look at it we discovered it was a dead mosquito. I am surprised as to how a mosquito can enter a pouch which contains so called pasteurized milk.

Sir in iit powai area almost every dairy shopkeepers are charging more than mrp for gokul milk... I just want ask are they permitted to charge more than mrp or they are doing it illegally... Plsss answer bcs i want to file a compliment against the shopkeeper because when i asked him why he is charging more he answered very rudely and misbehaved with me... Plss answer me as soon as possible

The quality of gokul specail milk is not good in vikhroli east area as compared to kalyan area. I use to buy gokul special daily in kalyan area as its quality is really good and full of cream as compared to amul and mahananda. Now for the past few weeks i am staying in vikhroli east i found that the quaility here is really bad

Dear sir,
I have linked my aadhaar[protected] with my bank account. But i checked the status of my aadhaar for bank linking status it says "your aadhaar is not linked to a bank". I checked with the bank they told me its already linked at their end. It seems like npci has not updated my bank details against my aadhaar number.
I need this to be urgently linked as my scholarship is getting processed...

Since past 3 to 4 months that the taste of gokul milk supplied to my place is completely different and taste is very bad.

Secondly it has been observed regularly that the plastic bags containing gokul milk is tampered. On observing the discrepancy, we immediately brought it to the notice of the supplier - mr. Ramdin from laxmi narayan dairy farm in khetwadi (Shree goverdhan bhuvan, 212/218, khetwadi main road, shop no 5 a, 11th lane, mumbai 400004) but the problem still persists and he is not ready to even response and told us to log a call directly with gokul dairy. I had kept the packet at my place for verification. Kindly resolve this problem immediately, as it poses a great health threat to all concerned.

Since last two days that is 25/10/2017 & 26/10/2017 the milk is tasting sweet.
I am not talkin about after adding sugar... Milk from the packet itself is sweet.. Our family is been having gokul milk since 25 yrs but never has come across such altered taste.. The company should look into this matter and prevent the adultration

Nearby milk distributor- B.S.Devashi Marg, Adj ICICI Bank Deonar, Govandi, Opp Runwal Centre- East fleecing customers by charging Rupees 3 more per liter than MRP on milk which included his regular commission from milk procucer ferderation..

This is to raise a complaint against a distributor sells all of the milk at a higher price and some milk at Rupees 3 higher per liter than MRP. Contacted Mother Dairy (National Dairy Development Board (NDDB))/ Gokul milk federation (KOLHAPUR ZILLA SAHAKARI DUDH UTPADAK SANGH LTD.) etc. is not resulted, they expressed, helplessness & saying it is practice all over at least in Mumbai. In last few months rates have been increased several times, their commission too, what a middle class do? To facilitate speedy response and ACTION I have mentioned my e-mail and address. Kindly correct such malpractices and help the public. This is not only a corruption also producing black money. We herewith request PMO to intervene and stop such malpractice at gross route, corruption above, if any will also stop.

Sir, I reside in Vile Parle East, Mumbai . Milk vendor in my area is charging Rs. 56/-litre for Gokul pasteurised full cream milk whereas the MRP is Rs. 54/- the vendor has to say that the company has allowed us to charge 2/-Rs. Extra on 1 litre apart from th8s i m also paying him 2/- Rs. Per litre fro delivery. Please do the needful and check about this black marketing of the milk. My contact number is [protected]....

Cartel of Milk Retail sellers selling 500 ml pack of Pasteurised Full Cream Milk at Rs 28.00 when MRP is Rs. 27.00 ( inclusive of all Taxes, Transport and cooling charges ) is clearly printed on the polybag.

Five Sellers in a row at following address:
Shops in Rosa Gardenia, behind Hyper city Mall, Kasarvadavali,
Ghodbunder Road, Thane West.

A locality having at least 1000 house holds are held at ransom.
The locality is just across the Thane Borivli thickly populated Ghodbunder Road

Repeated persuasions by customers to honour MRP are disregarded

Dear Sir/Madam,
This milk booth operator is located opposite Whispering Towers LBS Marg Mulund (W) near CNG station and is charging as under:
Gokul Full cream Milk as Rs55/- instead of MRP Rs54/- for 1Litre
Gokul Low Fat Milk as Rs 42/- instead of MRP Rs41/- for 1 Litre.
Please do the needful so that he doesn't overcharge i.e more than MRP in future.

Effective 1st january 2017 we are being charged rs.1/- more per ltr for milk.
Earlier we were paying rs.42/- per ltr and now this is increased to rs.43/- per ltr. The milk covers show rs.41/- for 1 ltr and rs.20.50 for half ltr packs.

I request you to confirm whether the price charged is correct and if so why the rates mentioned on your milk covers and actually charged by the booths are different?
