[Resolved]  Gokul Milk — Excess ONE RUPEE charge than MRP on half litre pack

Dear Sir, I am a resident of Sher-e-Punjab Colony Andheri (E). Vendors (including those who sit on the road in mornings) here are charging ONE RUPEE additional to the MRP rate printed on HALF Litre milk Bag. They refuse to give milk if one demands to pay MRP amount printed on milk bag, which according to common man includes their share of profit.. Is it justified ?
