Spoiled milk by gokul

We have bought milk from general shop as milk was spoiled we informed to general shop owner for same to refund or exchange the same but he refused and say it's company mistake we can't do any thing

Regarding Gokul's milk going bad

Today I bought Gokul milk from Balaji Grocery Store in Keshav Nagar Mundhwa Pune at 7 pm. Then I went home and found that the milk was spoiled. When I went back to the store and asked the store manager, he said that you should complain to the company and you will not get your money and milk back. Producing default product milk

Today I purchased a milk packet. and when I opened it. its turn out curd intend of milk. and proper milk packaging and different product with no information which is totally negligence by company and misleading product plus no detail of curd and no milk product.
i always buy Gokul milk I trust this brand, but I never thought this will happen my money and time were wasted because of negligence by company product.

Milk curdled before expiry date

I purchased 1 litre Gokul milk on June 1, 2024 and on the same day I boiled it, however, the milk was curdled immediately. This has happened second time in a span of one month. When I requested shopkeeper to take the milk back for raising complaint with the company and refund my money back to which he denied stating that company doesn't take it back. This is very wrong that consumers are paying price for Company's faulty products. I need...

On 08.04.024 I had taken half liter gokil milk at 39 rupees price which price MRP price is 36 also when I build it milk curdled ( Fat gya) after this when I reached Mahadev mithi wale shop he dined to replace ot or refund money also he had taken 3 rupees extra charges on MRP price

    Taking extra charges rs 2 per ltr in our area retailer are taking extra charges in our area new link road kandivali lalji pada eg shop name shree ram krishna milk shop

    So please take legal action against them or stop giving them milk this will make them to teach lesson to other all retailer

    Looking forward for your positive response as they are charging extra charges to every consumer

            The milk is supplied to our house by one of our old supplier . But some times the milk seems to tast different . We are having a doubt the milk is getting mixed somewhere in the distribution chain. So please look into this and do the needful.

                My family has been using Gokul whole milk since 15 milk years or more. It was known for its cream and tasted excellent in tea.
                It’s is very concerning that it’s quality has been dropped drastically. The cream is less that cow milk’s cream. The tea tasted watery with it and the curd did not set properly.
                It doesn’t feel right to consume Gokul milk since change of quality is so bad.
                As many new brands are emerging Gokul needs to pull up their socks or customers might not wait for the quality to improve.

                  Am regular purchaser of Gokul milk since more than ten years. I am living in Dosti Acres Wadala Mumbai 400037.
                  I have a big complaint. Since ten days the milk which we heat spoils in no time. Previously I used to heat the milk after 5 days also. It has never spoilt. I don’t know who is the distributor of our area. Not only me full colony people are facing this problem. The person supplying is Ramesh Rachaconda.
                  So you have to kindly look into the matter and solve it.I hope you will take necessary action.

                    Overprice charged

                    There are some milk shops down to my building. when i went there to purchase gokul milk they, the shop owner charged me with Rs 1 extra for half litre milk saying that he has charged it for keeping the milk in the fridge. My mom purchases 2 litre milk from him and if we see the cost he takes Rs. 1 for each half litre milk hence profiting himself Rs. 4 from my mom. so i really want to file complaint because if I let this go then the shopkeeper...

                    Gukol milk is used at my mom's place for more than 20 years,
                    We bought gokul milk for good cream so that we don't have to buy ghee
                    But we can hardly make any ghee out of it now
                    So If quality doesn't improve why to buy gokul
                    Best is buy some locally soured milk
                    Please improve your milk quality otherwise you will loose the market

                      The milk was kept in room temperature withput boiling for almost 10hrs
                      Still wasn't spoiled
                      As per the instructions the milk should be preserved under 5 degrees
                      Then how wasn't it spoiled

                          In Diva Gokul milk package of 500 ml is charging 38 rupees instead of mrp 36. For 1 liter they are charging 76 rupees
                          Gokul milk should sale milk by themselves why they require agents which are looting public.CM is from Thane district but no use.whole Thane district is affected because of this.Amazon should take place this business.
