Gokul Milk — Price are revised?

Address:M.D Keni marg Bhandup east, mahavir gaurav, near the gym. Mumbai - 400042

We been using Gokul Pasteurized Full Cream milk, now recently the cost are revised as per the revised sheet cost for 1 liter gokul Pasteurized Full Cream is 60rs. but the vendor at bhandup east - 400042 ask me to pay 63 for 1 liter.
may i know why the difference is charged?
