Golden Hospitality India — Withdrawal of matured GIFL scheme

Dear team,
My grandfather has invested Rs.1000 in golden forest scheme in 03/06/1996 and now it gets matured on 03/06/2021. Now we wanted to withdraw this matured amount. Please guide. I already marked a mail and send the required documents to Chandigarh address. But didn't get any revert. Please guide regarding this
