I have documented all our previous communications, where VakilSearch confirmed the compliance filing as part of the service. I am requesting that you take immediate action to complete the pending ROC compliance for last year to fulfill the service as originally agreed.

I wanted to register a simple LLP; it has been 6 months since I made a payment but company yet to form. I came to India to start my business and wasted my time and money.

Please avoid service from the company.

I will never suggest anyone to register through them, as it is 7th working days, full payment has been taken, still not submitted my KYC on the MCA website.

Very irritating, it was better I would have done it from CA.

They keep saying, we have forwarded and it will happen.

But there is no result.

I am literally struggling for my work even after my payment.

We have taken services from vakil search for various compliances and filings for our private limited company. i have been trying to contact to get the status update of my services (various filings and compliances) but till date i am unable to get any proper response. i have repeatedly raised concern through emails, calls and even chat bots but till date no one contacted.
we have already made the advance payment in full for all the services against the three invoices mentioned below;

I am bringing this matter to your attention to ensure that other individuals are aware of the issues I have faced with Vakil Search's services. It is important to highlight the unresponsiveness and service quality concerns I have experienced, despite having paid for their services.

I initiated 2 Trademark registrations with Vakilsearch. Their Marketing team of Mr. Farhan immediately got in touch and after a preliminary search confirmed on whatsapp that both registration are available. He then went ahead and sent a link sharing the payment portal details. I made the payment for both Trademark registrations. Nearly 6 months later I started getting the automated service mails from their end that the task was completed....

Same scam happened with me, I also went to lawyersearch for company incorporation and today I have submitted all the documents 65 days ago but still I did not get the incorporation certificate... All the promises they are making are fake. They will say sir we have uploaded your document but when you go to MCA portal and log in to the portal you will see that no document has been submitted yet... and if you contact their customer support When you raise your issue with them then they will not answer any call or they will hold your call or mute your call and didn't unmute the call untill user cut the call or their master mind excuses like, “Sir, we are really sorry we are continuously working with your documents and our executive or relationship manager will call you back for better guidance” and when you If you wait for call back then no call will come still you can wait for a week they don't care about you and if you ask proper reason they will share pre saved or wrong screenshot with you and say "Sir MCA site is down so we are unable to fill your form" and What's worse is that they also share the same bogus screenshots with other customers to make fool, making a mockery of our trust.

Got scammed. Subscribed for 3 services and payment has been done before almost a year now. Only 2 services were done by them. The legal meteorology certificate we wanted was not taken up seriously but they had even got extra money for which they haven't started. No response everytime when I try to contact the sales person/customer care(they put your call on hold for long and mute their mic until you disconnect the call) but they don't have any answer for your
queries. They don't reply to your mails/no response to your ticket when asked for refund. What do you expect from a customer, to wait another year ? Zero for their professionalism. People don't get scammed. They have this template, "the concerned team will revert to you". But nobody will revert to you by any mode. Just doing marketing from our money and getting leads. Fake team and very poor management.

The mobile number given was different. unable to login now. it's regulatory error. i could not file my compliance on time due to their unskilled work force. i want them to fix my issue; INC-20A, dir kyc,

Ticket #3372908. Fraud company. I paid Rs.8555 to register a private limited company. They emailed it will be done in 7-10 days. Been one month now and only one step is completed. No movement, unskilled workforce and no management. RM never picks up the call. No response. Have raised 100+ escalations so far. I have 20 days before the reserved name becomes invalid. If my work is not done, I will sue this fraudsters.

I paid Rs 197000 to complete the compliance of a US-registered company and close the company so that I don't have any liability.
I was informed that the process will be completed in a month. It's been almost 50+ days now and they haven't completed the work.
Due to their delay, I am facing loss every single day and my $999 is stuck. I have been asking them from last 20 days to update Vakilsearch as registered agent in Delaware for our company since they are handling our compliance and closure of the company. But they are neither closing the company, nor giving any update on timeline.
I had a similar experience when I paid them to register a PVT Ltd company which they completed in 2 months.
The whole experience has been pretty bad and every other day I had to waste few hours trying to follow up with them.
The mental trauma and financial losses these guys have have caused over last 3 months is beyond measure.

On there website it is written that I'll get my gst no. Within 7 days after submitting documents and I've submitted my documents on 21 of july 2023 and today is 2nd August 2023 and i didn't get my gst no. They wasted my time and money

I have applied for GST number but its failed.
So kindly refund my amount which I have paid for this.
