To, Date-05.08.2015 Golden Point Landcon 117 DH Road Opp-Mondal Para Joka Kolkata-700104 Marketing Office 305, Santosh Rai Road James Long Sarani Saker Bazar Kolkata -700008 Sub- Regarding cancellation of Plot no-632 eight month earlier but not get my refund yet. Dear Sir, I would like to inform you given cheque of First installment of -63000 rupees of Icici Bank Ltd Dated-03.08.2015 cheque Number-004204 has been dishonored on 04.08.2015. I want Next exact and confirmed date of deposit of amount in my bank account without failure .Kindly show me the mail of cancellation of my plot you sent to me.I haven’t receive any mail or call from you side. If my plot has been cancelled then then why my money not get refunded 18 month earlier because according to you my plot has been cancelled 18 month earlier I haven’t get any intimation from your side if intimation sent then show me the mail you sent to me . According to our conversation on phone with Mr. Santosh Singh from last 1 year I clearly told Santosh Singh to ready my plot for possession after that I should give you one time payment and registered my plot at earliest .But every time Santosh Singh told me that I do the needful and ready your plot as soon as possible for possession. During conversation on phone from last 1 year with Santosh Singh not give any intimation regarding cancellation of my plot. Sooraj Maithy clearly told me that you can surely deposit the cheque on given date your cheque has honored on given date no need to intimate me regarding deposit of cheque for your kind information I think that to intimate you regarding deposit of cheque but Sooraj Maithy not answering the call from last 2 month. I also try with another mobile number but again Sooraj Maithy not answering the call I already mention this matter on my mail sent to you. I haven’t receive any response from your side then I deposit the cheque in my bank account on given Date but your cheque has been dishonored. Sooraj Maithy committed me that he sent the cheque of deducted amount of 21000 by mistake within 4 to 5 days to my registered address after 4 to 5 days Sooraj Maithy continuously not answering the call from last 2 month. According to our conversation with Imran Khan on phone and mail also in January month regarding cancellation of plot -632 and refund of my amount you clearly told me that according to our company police You receive refund after 90 days in three installment. 1st installment given after 90 days of intimation sent to me via letter or mail. Next 2nd installment you receive within 30 days of 1st installment and last 3rd installment you get within another 30 days of receive of 2nd installment. According to you after completion of 90 days I got all my amount within 3 month but almost 8 month pass out from January but I haven’t get any refund from your side. I want to know that who bear the interest if that perior? Fund ? According to Imran Khan Fund not available in company account this is not my problem .I want my money back without any deduction without any delay and without any hassle .You are defaulter then why I bear the penalty of 21000 rupees .your work is not satisfactory and not in time so I cancel my plot. You also cross al l you Deadline of your completion of your project but plot was not yet ready for possession. According to my agreement no any clause for deduction mention in my agreement. Kindly go with my agreement clause .I already object at a time of booking at a time of booking after that you agree and you give me new agreement in that agreement is clearly mention that no deduction shall be made in case of cancellation of plot. You get full refund so Kindly go with that agreement .After that you already earn so many interest with our hard earn moneyduring period of 3 years mean from the date of booking.so I haven’t leave my 21000 rupees at any cost. Kindly told your admin regarding this.This is one type of cheating with your customer.so it is not tolerable at any cost. I book my plot with one of my relative Mr. Shakti Nishant same agreement same issue but refund rule are two. This is not a way to cheat your customer like this. You give full refund to my relative. So I am also eligible for full refund on both ground according to the agreement and according to the refund to my relative also. If you have little bit of shame then refund full amount with interest .you already earn so many interest with my hard earn money during the period of 3 years .Why should I bear all the loss .Your work is not satisfactory and not in time also so deduction is not tolerable at any cost. kindly go with my agreement or Shakti Nishant agreement both are same and refund my full amount without and deduction without any delay and without and hassle otherwise I go for legal action against you and you are responsible for that.
