Golden Project Limited — not able to submit application for claims

I have invested rs 5000 in gpl with allotment letter no 96/536 dt 21/12/1996 on the name of meenu misra.
But not able to submit claim on karvy as message is coming that allotment (Application) no is not correct.

Thus please guide/help
