Goli Vada Pav — Rude behavior of the cashier

I had been to goli vadapav today (18 Feb 2015) at around 7.30 pm, which is located near ramamurthy Nagar police station, bangalore. I wanted to buy schezwan vadapav. I asked the cashier for the same. He asked me for 5 rupees change. As I did not have, I told him the same. He refused to give me the vadapav for the same reason. He replied saying no vadapav. Is this the way to treat a customer? Another customer shared similar kind of experience with the same guy. He has questioned the customer if they are OK to buy as the price of the item is Rs.50. This is an insult to the customer. There is a price list displayed in the shop. He passes such comments to the customers who have reviewed the price and are willing to buy. If this is the level of customer service provided by the employee of your outlets, I doubt people flocking to your shop as they are now. I hope you take this as a serious complaint and take appropriate action. Hope this results in a good service from your end.

HiI too had similar experience with the same outlet mentioned
above.I was seriously taken aback by the way personnel of such populous
and well known outlet behave with customers. Your person cancelled my
order insisting on exact change in amount of penny to be furnished.
Reason being very minute some amount of decency is required while
interacting with customers which i didnt find with your personnels, they were very rude . I would request outlet owner to look into such behaviours going forward.
I had been to Goli Vada Pav at HSR Layout near Agara, bangalore. I had ordered Classic vada pav and the counter offered me some different vada pav and told to pay 20 rupees extra. When I resisted the counter persons started abusing. Is this the way to treat your customers? My experience at other Goli stores had been good but this store sucks. The counter guys are very rude and run the place as private affair.
I was at the Goli Vada Pav at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad today i.e. 27th March 2015 and the guy there initially charged me a wrong amount then delivered a wrong product.

When I returned to him asking for a replacement he started using abusing language and denied a replacement.

Moreover he kept the initial wrong order and denied replacement or refund.

Seriously the name really suits the practice "GOLI" charging customers for not delivering the product and then using foul language and abusing them.
