This is divya. I have purchased two gonoise products namelynoise tune elite neckband bluetooth headset with mic with order id od[protected] and od[protected] on september 13th 2019 and october 2nd 2019. Both the two products have stopped working and not delivering sound. I have complained about the same on the website however didn't get any response.
I request you to please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
