I contacted customer care service regarding my charging case issue
They talked with a very rude language
And didn't even listen to my whole issue
And hung the call on my face
That was very inappropriate
Didn't expected this from this brand
Really disappointed
And thanks for teaching me to not trust this brand again
I would suggest everyone to not trust this brand

Very worst and improper response from support team. They are selling there product for money not free of cost. Then why they are reacting like this. It's a kind of new way to steal people money by delivering fake products to people's.
