Gonoise.com — defective product received and deny for refund

Dear sir / medam,
I have ordered noise shots neo product from gonoise company website. I ordered this product on 9th february 2020 and it was delivered on 12th february 2020. When i used it, i found it was defective product. I informed gonoise company about the defect but for 4-5 days they didn't do anything just mail me to reset the product. I done as per their instructions but didn't get any success in product. After so many mail they accept that this product is defective and arranged to reverse pickup. On 24 february 2020 his employee come to pick up that product. The product is delivered on 25th february 2020 but noise company informed me they have not any update about return back product. On 27th february 2020 when i asked about the status they informed me that product received and our team will work on it in next 4-5 days after that we will inform you about product. On 2nd march 2020 they informed me the product was defective and we have repaired it and sent back to you. I refuse to accept that product because it was defective and they have repaired it. Till today 13th march 2020 they are not giving me my refund. Please help me.

Updated by Dishant03 Still they are saying that the product is not received yet in our warehouse which was repaired and I had refused to accept on 2nd March 2020. I attached screenshot of today's 14th March 2020 mail of gonoise company. Please update me as soon as possible...
