Gonoise.com — Didn't receive confirmation of order after payment

I placed an order of wireless earbuds for ₹1300 and after I paid via my card, they didn't send any confirmation for my order! Please resolve this and send me my order ID or else refund my money back!

My current complaint number is 949498 and previous one was 928626. The issue is with colorfit ultra buzz it's been only a week the watch started showing errors. It's step calculation is wrong and also its automatically starts to read spo2. First I claimed the warranty but they gave it back with the same issue still existing. I again have to claim the warranty plss give refund or replace the watch.
