Gonoise.com — Email team ignoring complaint

I tried to register complaint through noise portal but set details of watch after login account through registered number and when fill and attach all proofs the button is not working for process complaint they have set for raised complaint although purchase this watch 2 months ago from Flipkart I have invoice and it under warranty however their reply was clear cache your date and make sure you network is correct I have sent them video proof after clear cache it now working and management didn't address my issue just copying and paste
