I am Purchased Noise Buds vs102 pro wireless earphone on 30th August 2023 and product reached me 2nd sep 2023. next day i am charging the earphone but the not charged and his charging case could not be charged also, so i raised the complaint to gonoise official site on 7th sep 2023 and still there is no any response by customer care and not given me proper solution for the defective product. my ticket no is . 2068078

      Description : As soon as Watch switched on I found manufacturing issue. The display content get cropped from left as shown in images ( Marked in RED). From Right it is perfectly fine ( Marked In Green)
      As pe Image "Watch_6" where watch face is applied it clearly seen that from right side we can see white backlight ( marked in green) and content cropped from left.
      Once I observed the issue immediately log compliant to them and go ticket No 1880873
      I am following them from first day and called multiple time also sending them emails, but not getting proper response.
      even when check the ticket status online the last update date in 25th June.

      But every time same answer - wait for 24 to 48 Hours, and their 24 to 48 hours never end even after 72 Hrs.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Noise Company for their fraudulent practices and refusal to process my refund. My name is Ankit Rajput, and I am a customer who placed an order for the "Noisefit Halo Plus" watch on their website, gonoise.com, on ( 18th July 2023 ).

        Unfortunately, within a day of placing the order, my family encountered some issues with the watch, leading my father and sister to request a cancellation. On 19th July 2023, I attempted to cancel the order through the website, but to my surprise, there was no option available for cancellation. I then contacted Noise's customer support, where I was informed that I should request the delivery personnel to cancel the order when they arrive at my address with the product.

        However, on 22nd July 2023, at around 3 p.m., Noise's delivery boy arrived at my residence and handed the product to my mother without any OTP verification or call to confirm the delivery. This incident occurred despite my clear instructions to cancel the order, and I was left shocked and disappointed by the company's actions.

        I immediately raised two complaints on Noise's website with the IDs 1872706 and 1875618. However, upon contacting their customer support again, I was informed that they do not process refunds after the product has been received. This response from Noise Company is unacceptable, as they disregarded my cancellation request and failed to provide any assistance or resolution.

        The situation has only worsened with their customer support repeatedly asking me to wait for 48 hours without providing any concrete solution. It has been three days since I reported the issue, and there has been no positive outcome or willingness from Noise to address my concerns.

        I feel deeply cheated and betrayed by Noise's fraudulent practices. Their lack of proper cancellation options and their failure to verify deliveries have led to this distressing experience. I strongly believe that I am entitled to a full refund for the product, which was delivered against my explicit cancellation request.

        I seek your intervention through your esteemed forum to rectify this situation and ensure that Noise Company is held accountable for their actions. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and ensure that I receive my rightful refund without any further delay.

        Attached to this letter are relevant details, including proof of order placement, communication with Noise's customer support, and the delivery receipt.

        I trust that you will look into this matter seriously and provide a resolution at the earliest.

          Hi,

          I had purchased a Noisefit Halo Smartwatch when it was launched in 2023 and it was the worst mistake I had made in purchasing it.

          Around 4-5 days back I had gone for a meeting and when I returned back from it, I saw that the whole dial is missing and has fallen off somewhere. They are producing cheap quality products and charging premium prices plus when you try to reach their founder Gaurav Khatri, he does not respond plus his staff is putting the blame saying that its your mistake that dial came off. After that they are not willing to respond as well.

          The glue used to stick the watch is extremely cheap plus the quality and finish as well.

          I need either a replacement free of cost or my refund as I am not interested in using their useless products.

            I ordered for Magnetic charging dock type 4, as I lost my original one and after registering complaint on site I received it's reply with a link to make payment hence I made a payment of Rs. 399/- online to Nexxbase Marketing P Ltd. via transaction ID T2307221603201229739336, on 22 July 2023 at 04.03 pm. But, till date I haven't got any tracking ID or any details about despatch of my charger cable. The payment was in response of my complaint ticket no. 1580686. I request you to please resolve this issue at your end at earliest. Even there is no provision to talk to your executive through your customer care number (IVR) and the other number ([protected]) is out of service. Waiting eagerly for your response to resolve the issue. Attached herewith screen shot of the payment done by me for your reference.

              I am also a victim of their scam. Lost my charger dock type 4, for Noise ColorFit ultra 2 smart watch. Hence tried to order for another one. To order this, it was a weird process. For it I had to register complaint. Anyway, they send an email with payment link. I paid Rs. 399/- online. After that till date no invoice generated. No order ID or tracking ID, no information regarding despatch from the company. Despite few mails sent by me, no reply from company. Thank God, it was only ₹ 399/- for charger cable. Decided not to purchase any Noise product in future.

                Purchased the smartwatch from gonoise website Order ID : #[protected], product got delivered on 13th July 2023. Issue face fast battery draining and bluetooth calling not working . Launched complaint on gonoise website ticket ID is 1849242. Customer service is zero, cannot reach anybody on their helpline made multiple attempts all we listen is automated IVR options and few links we get on email and SMS, which is not helping at all. After trying for almost 10 days I have given up now, fed up of back and forth emails they simply do not want to do anything . This post is mainly help future buyers of product of this company, beware not only you will loose your hard earned money but peace of mind also.

                after 4 weeks of regular follow I got a mail saying we will replace your watch and was shared a docket number of the same . When I opened the package all I got was a charging cable nothing else. Without even calling or checking they closed the ticket saying issue is resolved . I have never seen a company like this . After all these drama I could understand they will not do anything and I have to take a hit of whatever money I have spend for this product .

                    Hi, I have Ordered Gonoise Smart Watch from there website and i have received a Defective product and i have raised a complaint with them and Ticket ID is 1818044. They have sent a return Pickup and the product was return picked and it is delivered to them yesterday and now when i check the status of the ticket it says ticket not found. Now i do not trust these people and they say 7 Day replacement but when we request for replacement they say we will take the defective product and will repair the product and send us back it seems. why we need to buy a new product from them and get it repaired with them.

                    I want Refund for this and repaired product. Please help.

                        I had bought noise watch from Amazon which worked fine for 5-6 months and now screen guard was not working, I complained whose number is -1721466 which is still not solved by them and they are telling the watch as fiscal damaged which That hasn't been rectified yet and they are calling me repeatedly asking for Rs 999 to get it rectified. The watch is correct but they are asking for money by making false claims. And I complained to the higher authority but no response was received from them. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action.

                        You are harassing me, let me remind you that the product is not physical damaged and you are requested not to make false claims.
                        You are repeating the same thing again and again and you are troubling me.

                        You are requested not to call me repeatedly to make claim amount payment.
                        It does not suit you and your company, if you do this way, then I will have to complain about Harsment and Spam and I am doing it.

                            First I registered a complaint for strap broken ( complaint no. 1534884 Dated -6/4/23). After attending this complaint strap change but they sent me defective product that is not on & working.

                            I registered a new complaint on dated 17/4/23- no. 1561449.
                            Related to this I explain properly to technical support team and sent Video also about issue.
                            Then they arrange to pick up this product, but they given me unrelivable reason like phone not reachable, product photos not match. Then I called to customer care no i. e on dated 25/4/23 but no any information I get it about complaint, so I again called on same no. dated 26/4/23 time 12.36 pm. Mr. Yash Varma attend this called, again I explain all details about my complaint, I'm very irritated that same answer they given like we concerned about your problems etc. Then they hold my phone for next procedure, but in meantime Mr. Yash Verma talking with their Caligue this word (kitna bhonkti hai yeah Kai kai & also said ye courier wale bhi chutiya hai). When I told to him I listen all this bad things you told to your Caligue, they given me answer it's background voice but I clearly listen that voice is Yash Verma's only.
                            After this immediately I received a message for pick up rearranged and courier person also pick my product in hour (1.30 pm)

                            I can't understand what type of people you hire for customer care. They using this type of bad words for customers.

                            I already suffering from your bad service and now this type of behavior.

                              I have ordered noisefit evolve 3 vintage brown on 28th march, received parcel on 30th night.. Next day opened parcel pack and saw intact product packet of vintage brown. Next day when i opened product packet to charge the watch, to my shock it was a black watch. Its cheating. They sent packet of brown and inside different watch. Since that day till today i am contacting their customer care and they are harrasing by asking for pics videos and what not. Always after sending every thing they mail saying sent to concerned department. When mistake is on their part, why harrasing me . I have paid gonoise and i must get the product for which i have made payment. They are not replacing it.

                                There was very small piece gap in the strap, which is manufacturing defect, incase if we pull the strap while removing from rish, strap itself will get on hand. When i noticed this i have raised ticket and jan[protected] i received email saying that generated a compliance:1372836 and there is multiple dehlivery awd,[protected],[protected],[protected], they all are claiming that they called and unable to reach xyz reason; even between i got call from noise customer care (I never able to call them when i dial; because its never connected to customer care, if they pick it will be silence) we had indetails call with him, and look like they are not even so responsible to sort out and they have no. Reason to justify why its delay; even no one cares from their end too and customer is sufferings after buying product (I just kept my watch or shelf). This is too bad from the customer care side and never seen such irresponsible company ever. I'm still waiting from noise as this is look like monopoly in the market post buying the product, as customer care team not responding as expected nor no other escalation metrix they are sharing to the customer (Even asking name or email for further escalation, they dont share nor they dont have)

                                    I ordered a Noise Colorfit Caliber Smartwatch from Flifkart on June 13, 2022, GSTIN: 19AAICA4872D1ZL.
                                    I had only used this watch a few times since receiving it, and in the month of December 2022, I discovered that the Smartwatch belt strap connector was damaged because one side of the belt was not connected.
                                    How is it possible for a smartwatch case to be damaged after only six months?
                                    Noise is a low-quality product.
                                    I have been compliant about this issue with Noise and received a reply with ticket number 1341770 stating that hardware repair costs Rs. 1199.
                                    The cost of the product was 1999/-.
                                    I will not paid any cost, its should be free of cost repair,
                                    as a product quality issue by The Noise Company.

                                      I ordered Noisefit Core 2 Buzz(Order Id: #2397006) on 18th Nov 2022. The first time I got damaged with some scratches on the glass. so I have complained(ticket ID is 1268855) on the noise website with a damaged glass screenshot. But no one is checking which is the problem or damage in Watch.

                                      They just return the same damaged glass watch with more damage on the dial side view. And return without charging cable with a broken box.

                                      As Noise mentioned on your site, "Noise will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately". Please initiate a refund process for my money. Because I have experience with the replacement process and returning the same watch.

                                      Now it's almost 2 months and now I can not trust the Noise team. Please just refund my money.

                                        Hi my name is Rahees Maliyekkal, I've ordered a product called Buds V402 on the date January 2nd, 2023 at the time 18:01 using my debit card. After I ordered the product I got the mail saying that my money is debited from my account, but when I went to MY ACCOUNT in the homepage of your official website of NOISE, and clicked on MY ORDERS but it is not showing there. I'd like to get a refund or give me my order confirmation. I'd opt for a refund because you guys have a really bad customer service. This is the 2nd or 3rd mail I'm writing to you guys, and I haven't got any reply or response from you guys and I'm really disappointed.
