Smartwatch not working after 1month i registered a online complaint 2 times because there is no service centre in Bangalore.
2 times my complaint closed without intimation or without call....

First I registered a complaint for strap broken ( complaint no. 1534884 Dated -6/4/23). After attending this complaint strap change but they sent me defective product that is not on & working.

I registered a new complaint on dated 17/4/23- no. 1561449.
Related to this I explain properly to technical support team and sent Video also about issue.
Then they arrange to pick up this product, but they given me unrelivable...

I have ordered noisefit evolve 3 vintage brown on 28th march, received parcel on 30th night.. Next day opened parcel pack and saw intact product packet of vintage brown. We have never encountered such a problem in another smart watch manufacturer.

I ordered a Noise Colorfit Caliber Smartwatch from Flifkart on June 13, 2022, GSTIN: 19AAICA4872D1ZL.
