Gonoise.com — faulty shots x1 air

I got gonoise shots x1 air as a diwali gift from my company. The buds i received are faulty and doesn't work properly.
Left bud doesnt work at all and the right one stops working after a while.
Also while walking there is a lot of distortion after which the sound stops.

P s - i dont have the bill, as i got it as a gift from my company evalueserve

They have interchange their function and also right one has lesser sound than left one from the right they are not connecting if I connect right the left one disconnected I am only able to connect with left one

I have go noise watch
I am using it and it was working smoothly but since last 10 days charging issues has increased.
Need solution for the same asap
