My one buds give me very slow sound don’t know whyy because my product in under warranty can u fix my problem quickly because my product spend with me only 1 month and this product give me this problem know what can i do with my buds i really want my buds in good condition because i’ll can’t survive without my noise shots air x1 because this buds is very comfortable to insert my ears easy please it.

I have raised a complaint but no one is responding waste in terms of service don’t buy this products. You can’t even connect the customer service call.not even responding the messages in facebook and not able to connect call and not even following up after rasing the complaint
