Gonoise.com — no customer service

I purchased one watch model colorfit 2 smart band. I received that product defective. It was not working also strap of that watch was so hard to remove for charging. I have dropped them mail for replacement almost 10 to 12 days back. At first they didn't replied within 24 to 48 hours (As per their policy). Then i call them on this number [protected]. They said, frequently it happens that they don't receive mails, further they said this has happened with you unfortunately.

On their suggestion, i dropped them fresh mail again, for next 3 days i didn't receive any confirmation. Then again i call them and they said we will reply asap because we have to look for other mails also. Later on i got mail to submit required documents like ss of order summary, actual photo of product and their barcode. I attached all those images in mail, again didn't got any confirmation from them
Called them third time for that images confirmation, they said they got mail but didn't found images. Then again sent mail with attached images again didn't got reply for 2 to 3 days.

Finally after taking headache, i call them and talked with their executive angrily. Then they immediately arranged return product pickup for replacement and sent reply on my mail. On that mail they asked me to provide them aiw or tracking number, courrier boy name. My product got picked up by bludart. When that guy came for pickup, i was not available so asked him to come next day. Next day when he came i was not there again but he got the product. Bludart courrier boy neither gave his name, aiw/tracking number nor any tracking details message. When i asked bludart boy to provide me tracking details he said "sir don't worry, your dispatch has been approved, your courrier will be sent"

Now i have informed gonoise company on the mail about the scenario, but i have upadted them only courrier boy's mobile number.

Again waiting for 2 3 days for their reply, but still there is no response. Please if you red my full message, penalise them by hefty penalty.

Ordered X5 and got left bud defect piece and spent 400 for replacement (courier charges) and again got replacement piece defective. This time right ear bud not at all working and this is frustrating. No proper response from the support. Need different model or refund immediately!

Bought (Noise Tune Elite) headphones in the month of September and have stopped working immediately in December. Also raised a complaint but never got any response.
The earphones of two ear buds are not audible to hearing purpose.
I purchased earphones in the month of Aug -2019.
So, I want to replace or repair the earphones.
