Gonoise.com — No Package Seal & accessories are missing.

I purchased Noise two headphones on Noise official site on 9th November.
But received on 20th November. After opening the package there is no seal on the product. Full dust/strains & broken box & No Charging Cable, No User Manual, No Warranty Card, & NOAUX-In Cable in box.

Just now they have collected package from me. Please Provide refund amount. I don't need replacement.
