I had bought a gonoise turbo smartwatch on 30th march at rs.1619. After they delivered the product, the product is not even working. I have been mailing them and calling their customer support but i never got any response or couldn't get through to customer support. This has been going on for three days. I feel cheated as i had trusted their brand and now they are not even responding. I would like to replace the product or refund my money before saturday (6th april).
I hope this is a wake up call for them as they need to improve their customer service and return or refund my product.
