Purchased the smartwatch from gonoise website Order ID : #[protected], product got delivered on 13th July 2023. Issue face fast battery draining and bluetooth calling not working . Launched complaint on gonoise website ticket ID is 1849242. Customer service is zero, cannot reach anybody on their helpline made multiple attempts all we listen is automated IVR options and few links we get on email and SMS, which is not helping at all. After trying for almost 10 days I have given up now, fed up of back and forth emails they simply do not want to do anything . after 4 weeks of regular follow I got a mail saying we will replace your watch and was shared a docket number of the same . When I opened the package all I got was a charging cable nothing else. Without even calling or checking they closed the ticket saying issue is resolved . I have never seen a company like this . After all these drama I could understand they will not do anything and I have to take a hit of whatever money I have spend for this product .
